Role Overview: As a CLM Operations Specialist, you will focus on the operational management of information and campaign platforms from onboarding to completion of reporting. This role configures platforms to enable the delivery of contextual campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Understand the campaign plan/requirements and be able to validate the current tools to support them 2. Configure tools to derive profiles identified for a campaign 3. Configure campaign execution flow as planned (engagement and incentives) 4. Perform testing of end-to-end campaign execution flow 5. Monitor execution of campaigns and submit completion report to Segment Planners 6. Monitor campaigns being booked and executed. Ensure that they run as expected 7. Manage incidents encountered in Production, ensure it's resolution and secure incident report from technical resources 8. Coordinate with execution teams when managing incidents and new capabilities
Requirements
Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year IT course with knowledge on SQL At least 1 year of professional experience in configuring campaigns and customer profiling tools Skills: Strategic and critical thinker with initiative and vision Innovative Techno-savvy Detail and process oriented Excellent written and verbal communication, intrapersonal and presentation skills Ability to organize, plan and handle multiple activities in a fast paced environment Ability to manage time and workload effectively Ability to interface, partner and coordinate with any level or background within or outside the organization Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with minimal supervision Ability to address controversial topics with tact and diplomacy
