We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner to lead our Healthcare Payer Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing GTM Strategy for payer/provider industry, build and maintain strong relationships with our healthcare payer clients, understand their unique needs, and manage a high performing team to deliver tailored AI-driven solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare payer organizations, serving as the executive point of contact and thought leader.

  • Consulting: Identify client needs, provide strategic insights, and position Fractal.ai’s solutions to meet those needs effectively.

  • Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to customize AI and analytics solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

  • Market Insight/Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and regulatory changes within the healthcare payer space to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and client satisfaction, addressing any issues proactively and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including cloud engineering, partnerships and alliances, sales

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team and account teams to drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting with delivery, program management.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations, trends, and regulatory environments.

  • Proven track record of consultative selling and delivering value-added solutions to clients.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Experience with AI, analytics, or data-driven solutions.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $180,000 - $300,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
