We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Client Insights & Analytics Manager to develop proactive insights, whitepapers, and in-depth analyses that drive business value. This role will focus on uncovering emerging trends, market dynamics, and AI-driven opportunities to help internal stakeholders and external clients make data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, storytelling, and thought leadership within the automotive industry.

  • Lead the research, development, and publication of whitepapers, industry insights, and analytical reports that showcase thought leadership in Automotive AI.
  • Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations and then synthesize into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, product teams, marketing, and sales to develop compelling insights that drive business strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by producing data-backed content that demonstrates the value of our AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of all data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Serve as a mentor to other members of the team and cross-functionally.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights generation within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Advanced experience using Tableau to build internal and client-facing reports and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in the automotive industry and ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives from data.
  • Experience authoring thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, reports, and presentations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning concepts, and predictive analytics is a plus.
