Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth

• Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including product development, engineering, finance, and human resources

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and other C-level executives to align operations with company vision and goals

• Manage and optimize resource allocation across different departments and projects

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

• Identify and mitigate operational risks and challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

• Proven track record of successful operational leadership in technology companies, preferably in AI or blockchain sectors

• Strong understanding of AI and blockchain technologies and their operational implications

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
