The Position

Job Summary:

We are looking for a student/intern to support our internal drug design platform development.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation of AI-based open-source small molecular generation algorithms and docking methods

  • Supporting to develop molecular generation methods

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, Computer Science or related fields. Bachelor/Master/PhD is acceptable.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
  • Hands-on experience with open source algorithms implementation and evaluation.
  • Prior experience with AI in molecular generation and docking is a plus.
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with Linux working environment.
  • Familiar with scikit-learn, Pytorch or other ML/DL framework.
  • Basic knowledge of drug discovery
