Join our Partner Program & Operations Team

The Partner Programs & Operations Team enables the success of our global partner ecosystem. We are helping partners drive business growth while accelerating Akamai's go-to-market objectives. You will support key initiatives driving strategic alignment, operations excellence, and program success across the partner ecosystem.

Help us achieve our goals

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams supporting operations design, execution, and optimization of technology & cloud partner programs. You will optimize current processes, support ongoing reporting for external partners and promote continuous improvement. You directly impact critical business goals and objectives by providing operational support and oversite to Akamai's most strategic partners. This position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

As a Channel Programs & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and improving existing partner programs, ensuring they meet business goals and partner needs.
• Driving operational & reporting improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
• Providing external technology partners with monthly revenue and contract reporting.
• Liaising between internal and external technology partners to solve any questions related to revenue and contract reporting.
• Collaborating internally with Partner Account Executives, Business Development and leadership, to align operational process with business priorities.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have demonstrated experience in Program Management or Business Operations.
• Possess analytical skills and experience with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Have experience working with Partner Programs and being responsible for partner related processes.
• Be familiar with partner ecosystems like ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplaces.
• Demonstrate experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheets, Confluence, and Google Productivity Tools
• Have exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment while adapting fluidly and managing tense situations
• Be adept working across diverse, global environments and in matrix organizations
