We are seeking professionals for our Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) AI Regulatory Team to execute programs in compliance with AI Regulation. As an Associate in the AI Regulatory PMO within the Firmwide Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), you will establish and manage program governance processes across information management, program planning, controls, RAID management, status reporting, and broader program communications. You will employ a variety of tools and applications to facilitate the implementation of governance processes and controls, as well as produce reporting and briefing materials. In addition, you will interact with various stakeholders to provide advice, support, and guidance in executing their parts of the programs.

Job Responsibilities

•    Information Management covering Confluence, SharePoint and MS Teams sites including accreditation and maintenance of controls, documentation storage and update and list maintenance.
•    Produce reporting and MIS for program governance forums, senior management and wider stakeholder groups.
•    Ensure program governance through maintenance and update of program documentation, SOPs and guidance.
•    Program Management covering assistance to the lead PM with governance, planning and RAID (risk, assumption, issues, dependency) and Change Management.
•    Utilize digital tools such as Alteryx workflow, Tableau and Reporting tools to develop process automation, notifications and reporting.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

•    Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
•    Manage information covering Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams sites.
•    Strong digital tools skills or an aptitude to learn them including Alteryx & Tableau.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
•    Well organized, detail oriented, process driven and able to work systematically.
•    Strong time management and prioritization skills, with an ability to work under pressure on multiple deliverables to specific deadlines.
•    Analytical and problem solving skills based upon analysis of facts and data.
•    Motivated and self-starter who networks effectively and is tenacious in achieving results.
•    Willingness to tackle problems, use initiative and exert influence to achieve objectives.
•    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
•    Prior experience as a project or program manager and / or working in a PMO (Program Management Office)is highly desirable.
•    Experience of working on a firm-wide or regional regulatory program would be desirable.
•    Knowledge of, or an interest in, data management and AI would be beneficial.
•    A Project Management PM certification such as The Association for Proposal Management Professionals APMP would be beneficial.
