About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to lead our marketing efforts across three critical GTM motions: Data Privacy, Data Security, and Data Governance. As the Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific market segments, driving customer acquisition, and fostering repeat business.
Responsibilities:
Strategize and drive demand generation initiatives to effectively reach target audiences and maximize campaign impact.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey campaign objectives, expectations, and results clearly within the team and to external stakeholders.
Apply adept project management skills to supervise end-to-end campaign execution across multiple teams, ensuring seamless coordination, monitoring, and measurement of success.
Create compelling marketing copy for advertising, email campaigns, social media, website and other marketing content, showcasing a proficiency in written communication.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture to ensure successful campaign implementation.
Ensure campaigns align with organizational guidelines and brand standards, maintaining consistency and integrity across all marketing initiatives.
Compile detailed reports on campaign performance, utilizing data and feedback from previous projects to inform strategic enhancements for future campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
5-10 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Exceptional project management skills,ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Exceptional communication and writing skills
In-depth knowledge of executing B2B campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Strong understanding of demand generation principles and practices.
