We’re on the lookout for an engaging and proactive Business Support Administrator  who can wear multiple hats and support our team culture.

As a Business Support Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant, close-knit team, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels supported. From managing HR admin like employee records and onboarding, to assisting with accounts tasks like processing invoices, your role will help keep the team on track. You’ll also be a big part of our office culture by coordinating breakfasts, snacks, and planning social events that bring us all together. We’re looking for someone proactive and friendly who enjoys creating a welcoming workspace where everyone can do their best work and feel part of a vibrant, collaborative environment.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, guiding them , where necessary, to the right source of information
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Oversee employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimise organisational effectiveness
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Benefits administration 
  • Organise company events and team-building activities to foster a collaborative work environment. Source venues and organise company events such as Christmas party, Summer Sports Day, quarterly socials and Company Meetings.
  • Maintain a well-organised office space that promotes productivity and well-being. This includes organising breakfast and weekly purchase of snacks + office supplies and organisation.
  • Assist in maintaining financial records and ensure accurate entry of invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including payment processing and customer invoicing.
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems for all financial documentation
  • Responsible for administration of IT management systems being, this includes providing configuration, training and troubleshooting, including backup, security management, user account management, user guidance and applications support.
  • Compliance and Safety: ensure company works within health, safety and fire regulations. 

Requirements

    • Proven experience in business support including HR administration
    • A basic  understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster a positive company culture.
    • Organisational skills that ensure nothing falls through the cracks, even in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HRIS software, Hibob and Gusto is a bonus.
    • Proficiency in HRIS recruitment softwares such as Workable is a bonus.
    • A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and be adaptable.
    • A passion for creating an outstanding employee experience.
    • Tech-savvy: you will be managing multiple softwares like: G Suite, Slack and Kandji
    • Experience in a tech or startup environment
