ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions is looking for a Business Process Transformer & Agentic AI Power Platform Developer for its Artificial Intelligence team located in Luxembourg.

You will play a pivotal role in driving automation, business process transformation, and AI-powered decision-making within our organization. This role combines expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, AI-driven automation, cloud engineering, and business process optimization to enable scalable and efficient digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards while integrating these with cloud infrastructure and AI solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Ideal candidate will have:  

  • 2-3 years of experience working with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of environmental governance and best practices.
  • Experience in workflow design and automation.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant Power Platform certifications are a plus.
  • Active knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development & Automation

  • Analyze and understand the specific automation needs and requirements of business processes.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps applications to meet business needs.
  • Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate.
  • Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualization.
  • Ensure governance and best practices are followed within the Power Platform environment.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on Power Platform tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including design specifications and user guides.

Project Management

  • Lead project planning and execution: Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Utilize AI in project management: Leverage AI tools to automate scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and progress tracking.
  • Enhance decision-making with AI: Use AI-driven predictive analytics to foresee project outcomes and optimize resource allocation.
  • Automate reporting: Implement AI solutions for real-time updates and streamlined communication with stakeholders.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure cohesive project integration and success.
  • Develop training programs: Enhance team proficiency in AI tools and data-driven decision-making through tailored training sessions.
  • Encourage continuous learning: Promote a culture of adaptability and ongoing skill development in AI and project management.

Enterprise Agentic Architecture & AI Automation

  • Design and develop Enterprise Agentic Architecture (EAA) frameworks to enable dynamic and autonomous operations.
  • Develop automated solutions for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency across business divisions.
  • Work with finance teams to implement automation tools for cloud cost analysis and forecasting.
  • Support AI projects by provisioning cloud resources and deploying AI models efficiently.
  • Promote DevOps culture & code sharing to accelerate future project development and collaboration
  • Create reusable templates and scripts to ensure consistent cloud and automation implementations

Collaboration & Business Engagement

  • Work closely with Business Relationship Managers to identify, evaluate, and prioritize business automation opportunities.
  • Partner with data engineers, business analysts, software developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful AI/process transformation project delivery.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the organization to promote cloud adoption and automation skill development.
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver AI/Automation solutions in an accelerated manner.

AI/Data Literacy Training & Enablement

  • Develop tailored training programs for different roles (data scientists, engineers, business analysts) to enhance AI understanding.
  • Organize interactive workshops and hackathons to foster collaboration and hands-on AI experience.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing through seminars, webinars, and online communities.
  • Provide basic data literacy training for non-technical staff to improve data-driven decision-making.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure a transparent project delivery pipeline based on business value.
  • Deploy Autonomous Agents for process improvement and business optimization.
  • Provide SQL guidance to AI teams on best practices and optimization.
  • Develop a long-term AI strategy roadmap to outline the organization’s vision and key milestones.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud and automation technologies.
  • Explore innovative cloud solutions to drive business efficiency.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve cloud services.
  • Obtain industry-recognized certifications to enhance technical credibility.
  • Lead by example and move into potential leadership roles.
