About the role

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic operator to run point on business operations as we scale. This role is perfect for someone with 3–5 years of experience in consulting, chief of staff roles, or high-growth startups who’s now ready to own and build.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee cross-functional operations teams across customer success, onboarding, recruiting, and people ops
  • Work directly with the CEO to translate company vision into systems, strategy, and execution
  • Build, manage, and mentor a growing ops team as we scale
  • Design and implement internal processes, workflows, and automation to drive efficiency
  • Lead strategic initiatives—from new software implementation to pricing strategy, analytics, and operational scale-ups
  • Develop and report on core business KPIs (efficiency, customer success, team performance, etc.)
  • Identify and execute high-impact projects to improve productivity, margin, and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to improve onboarding, retention, and overall user experience
  • Build feedback loops that turn customer insights into continuous improvement
  • Evaluate and manage core systems (CRM, HRIS, project management tools, etc.)

Ideal candidate credentials

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in consulting, BizOps, or startup operations
  • Are equal parts strategic thinker and roll-up-your-sleeves executor
  • Have experience deploying automations, tools, or systems to improve efficiency
  • Know how to break down complex problems and build scalable solutions
  • Have managed people, projects, or systems with real accountability (people management is a huge plus)
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Have previous work experience in healthcare / health tech (huge plus)
  • Are curious, fast-moving, and obsessed with figuring things out

This is a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City. Team members are expected to commute to our office 2–3 times per week.
