Vyro is looking for a talented Business Operations Associate. The following will be the responsibilities as part of this role:

Business Support & Collaboration:
  • Work across various business areas and teams to support overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in documentation and coordination to ensure effective communication and record-keeping.
Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support planning and decision-making for diverse business needs.
  • Understand and analyze the business landscape and industry trends to provide valuable insights.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for ongoing and new projects.
Learning & Adaptability:
  • Quickly learn new concepts, processes, and tools to stay effective in a dynamic business environment.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and take on new challenges with a proactive approach.
  • Communicate effectively with different teams to facilitate smooth operations and project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience level: 6 months to 1 year preferred, but open to skilled fresh graduates.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and environments.
