Job Description

At Sales & Value Consulting, we empower sales across the E2E sales cycle with cutting-edge client, market and pricing insights, compelling value propositions and dedicated deal support. We enable the sales team to adopt state-of-art selling practices through advanced tools for best possible customer experience.

As one part of Sales & Value Consulting, the Sales Intelligence team connects internal and external data and provides valuable data insights and recommendations. On top, we currently build up a AI for Sales team helping sales to adopt Artificial Intelligence in the day-to-day sales work and thus enabling sellers to work more efficiently and value oriented.

As Business Operation Consultant Artificial Intelligence, you focus on the following tasks:

  • AI Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with various sales and cross-functional units within T-Systems to identify and prioritize AI use cases with the highest potential value.
  • User Story Creation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into user stories.
  • Development & implementation: Engage with the development team to drive the end-to-end development and implementation of AI tools. Act as a liaison between sales/business units and the development team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • User adoption: Create training materials, documentation, and conduct workshops to facilitate seamless integration of AI tools into sales processes.
  • Community Management: Establish and lead an AI@Sales community to facilitate continuous communication and collaboration. Gather business demands and user feedback on identified use cases and prototypes, incorporating insights into iterative development.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 3-5 years experience in sales or sales support functions within the IT service industry.
  • You have a sound understanding of the sales process within IT service companies.
  • You are familiar with AI technologies and tools or willing to learn them. You are enthusiastic about utilizing new technologies to automize manual tasks or enhance value.
  • You can convince others (e.g. management, sellers) about the value of AI technologies; this includes presenting in front of larger groups or management levels.
  • You have project management skills: ability to plan, organize, coordinate, monitor and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. 
  • Working in agile is a plus
  • You work in a focused manner, have strong communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You have very good English language skills.
  • UI/UX design experience is a plus
