Role Overview:

Join TMHCC’s Innovation & AI Transformation team to work on high-impact initiatives that shape the future of specialty insurance. This internship is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges, embraces ambiguity, and is passionate about emerging technologies like AI and automation.

As a summer intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams on strategic innovation projects. You’ll contribute to research, ideation, prototyping, and the development of internal transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and execution of innovation pilots and AI use cases.
• Conduct market and industry research on emerging technologies and trends.
• Assist in developing business cases, presentation materials, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal business units and external partners to explore new solutions.
• Analyze and synthesize data to identify patterns, insights, and improvement areas.

• Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable breaking down complexity into structured steps and relevant insights to move the needle forward.
• Self-starter, proactive, resourceful, and driven to take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment where information is constantly evolving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, STEM, or a related field.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the following locations, the reasonable pay range for this specific position in New York, NY is an hourly rate of $22.50-28.50.
