What does a typical day look like for a BDR?


We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial individual who can help us expand in Indonesia by taking on a Business Development role focused on Sales.

Please Note:  This is a full-time direct contract role.


What responsibilities will you be trusted with?

      

  • Business Advisor to our clients working towards achieving their business goals and success metrics. Ability to manage client relationships and expectations

  • Analyze customer data to improve the end-user experience

  • Experience with metrics like Revenue Target, Churn, Customer References & reviews. Work closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external with ease to drive these goal

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Remember communication is not what you say but what the other person understands

  • Be a cultural champion and energy driver

  • Generate your own leads and close customers locally

  • You will think creatively and come up with incentives, events, and other opportunities for us to

  • expand and strengthen our presence in Indonesia

  • You will understand the landscape and help shape the strategy around growth in Indonesia

  • You will work closely with Product to relay any valuable feedback from the market and help develop the product in line with market expectations

What skills, expertise, and experience are we looking for?

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales in SaaS

  • Fluent in Bahasa

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent listening skills

  • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstration of good product and consumer thinking during his/her career

  • Hands-on and a quick learner. Comfortable with learning new technology
