We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our North America Business Development team. Our team leads projects across key sectors including Automotive, AI, E-commerce, Logistics,and Mobility within Canada and the United States. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our company’s growth strategy while working alongside an experienced, dynamic team.

In this role, you will

  • Manage and oversee business development projects and processes across North America
  • Analyze client needs and design tailored service solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations highlighting our service value proposition
  • Negotiate and close deals with a strategic, client-centered approach
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on market insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Identify and target new client opportunities through market analysis
  • Drive revenue growth with targeted, measurable strategies

What you will bring

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Automotive, IT, or AI sectors
  • Proven success in managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of sales metrics
  • Expertise in building and managing client relationships and sales pipelines
  • Outstanding sales, negotiation, and technical presentation skills
  • Skilled in articulating solution value to maximize client engagement
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Highly organized, strategic, and goal-driven mindset
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to excel in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in the automotive retail, software, or services sector is a strong asset
