Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Saudi Arabia, our client is a leading provider of freight forwarding and logistics services, specializing in air and ocean export and import, distribution, warehousing, and full truckload (FTL) transportation. We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join our team as Key Account Managers and Business Development Executives.
Job Title: Business development & key account manager
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads, set appointments, and present business proposals to potential customers using various communication methods, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely responses to requests for information and remaining proactive in addressing prospective customers' needs.
Prospect Identification: Identify sales prospects, follow up on new leads, and track referrals resulting from field activities.
Sales Reporting: Update the sales journey for each new customer in the sales report before and after sales visits.
Customer Relationship Development: Build and nurture relationships with customers to generate new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure high customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
Accounts Receivable Assistance: Support the Accounts Receivable department by tracking payments from the customer base.
Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with the Operations team to facilitate smooth service delivery.
