About the Role:
The Business Development Engineering Section Head will oversee engineering-driven business strategies. The role focuses on analyzing market opportunities, designing technical proposals, and leading a team to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the energy sector.
• Develop and present engineering-focused proposals and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development engineering team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in business development engineering roles.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English.
