Your tasks

Position Overview:
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven lead conversion strategies to optimize the lead conversion processes. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and strong networking capabilities to engage potential clients and tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and segment target leads using AI tools and data analytics to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Development: Create automated marketing campaigns that utilize AI technologies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships within industry networks to uncover new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for automated campaigns, including emails, social media posts, and landing pages, tailored to resonate with target audiences.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and business development to continuously enhance campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a tech-driven supply chain.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, Lemlist, Lavender, Unify and more.)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and digital marketing strategies.
