Mission

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to support our Regional VP of Financial Services in Budapest. This role combines administrative excellence with sales support responsibilities to help drive our commercial success and streamline day-to-day operations.

What you would do on a daily basis

  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings for the Regional VP of Financial Services, ensuring efficient use of time and minimal scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle email correspondence and phone calls, drafting replies and redirecting inquiries when needed.
  • Conduct lead and market research to support sales initiatives and identify potential opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and sales decks for internal and external meetings.
  • Support with drafting, formatting, and organizing sales documents and contracts.
  • Track and organize follow-ups after meetings or client interactions, ensuring timely responses and next steps.
  • Maintain organized records and databases, including CRM updates and document storage.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, event logistics, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Who you are

  • A sharp, proactive professional with 1–3 years of experience in a similar support role (administrative, sales support, or executive assistance).
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, or a related field - a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong research and preparation skills - able to gather insights, create slides, and structure information clearly and professionally.
  • Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT or other AI productivity tools to boost efficiency and output.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian.
  • Tech-savvy: confident working with Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • A fast learner, discreet, reliable, and eager to grow.
