About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to identify and evaluate opportunities for AI implementation across various industry verticals. This role combines traditional business analysis with emerging AI technologies to drive digital transformation and process optimization.

This role directly influences our product roadmap by providing clarity around opportunities to support the digital transformation and AI strategies of various organizations. The successful candidate will shape how businesses adopt and integrate AI technologies into their core operations.

Key Responsibilities:

●  Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes across different industries to identify areas where AI solutions could drive significant improvements in efficiency, accuracy, or cost reduction

●  Interview stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand current workflows, pain points, and business requirements

●  Collaborate with product and sales teams to articulate client requirements

●  Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and understand AI capabilities and limitations within specific business contexts

●  Develop detailed process maps and documentation to clearly illustrate current state operations

and proposed AI-enhanced future states

●  Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate and prioritize AI implementation opportunities

●  Collaborate with product to prioritize initiatives and roadmap efforts

●  Partner with marketing teams to develop messaging and materials that address specific client pain points and highlight the benefits of proposed AI solutions

●  Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies to identify new opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications:

●  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

●  4+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement

●  Strong understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision

●  Experience with process mapping and modeling tools

●  Expertise in various industries such as transportation, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, distribution, etc. with the ability to tailor AI solutions to specific industry challenges

●  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

●  Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field

●  Professional certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP)

●  Experience with process automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation)

●  Experience working with enterprise B2B software tools, particularly in emerging technologies or AI

●  Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and regulatory frameworks in enterprise AI adoption

●  Strong conceptual understanding of the AI lifecycle, such as model training, deployment, and maintenance, as well as familiarity with various types of AI technologies such as large language

models (LLMs) and computer vision

●  Familiarity with specific compliances, such as HIPAA, GDPR, DHS (Department of Homeland Security), FCL, CoC, etc
