The role

In this pivotal role, you will identify, evaluate, and implement generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation tools that align with our strategic goals. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing the suitability of these tools, identifying overlaps with existing solutions, and developing robust financial justifications for proposed AI tooling.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of Data Science & AI Product to liaise with business stakeholders to understand and define business requirements. 
  • Identify and assess potential generative AI tools that can fulfil the defined business requirements. 
  • Evaluate the suitability of these tools within the existing business systems and processes. 
  • Identify overlaps and redundancies with existing solutions and propose strategies for optimization. 
  • Conduct regular assessments of generative AI tools currently in use within the business. 
  • Develop clear and comprehensive financial justifications for AI projects, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI estimates. 
  • Stay abreast with the latest generative AI trends and advancements. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders – including international stakeholders from our ORH sister companies and shareholders to ensure the successful implementation of generative AI tools 
  • Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of issues related to generative AI tools.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency in generative AI technologies, machine learning and automation tools, and platforms. 
  • Detailed understanding of technologies underpinning generative AI and its operation
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. 
  • Experience with project management especially agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge of financial metrics and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Strong understanding and experience of Application Portfolio Management
