• Capable of working closely with internal teams to build high quality and detailed specification documents, SOWs, presentations etc. for ongoing & upcoming engagements.
  
  
• Be the bridge between Business and Technology teams during all phases of delivery.
  
  
• Drive projects to successful closure by managing scope & timelines..
  
  
• Be functionally and technically proficient in products & solutions.
  
  
• Track and report project status pending periodically.  
  
  
• Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
  
  
• Maintain a sharp/up-to-date Data&AI knowledge including the market trend, competitors as well as domain knowledge of client-facing industries such as: FSI, Telco, Retail and hospitality.
  

Requirements

• At least +5 years of experience in total at a Business Analyst or similar role or has delivered 3 Data&AI projects. 
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Business Analytics or equivalent.
  

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, Business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBi)
  

• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
  

• Comfortable working in unstructured environments.
  

• Experience in Customer Lifecycle management, customer segmentation, campaign management, digital journey and engagement.
