Bounce is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing and Admin Support Specialist to join our growing team in Rochester, NY. This position will report to the Director of Collections and will work with our Compliance team and other team members as needed in order to complete a variety of billing, administrative, data and collection support duties.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Manage and distribute incoming documents from FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • Notarize affidavits for legal and litigation accounts
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and billing support
  • Process and route electronic notices to appropriate leaders and departments
  • Generate and process data files while ensuring accurate payment processing
  • Prepare and file required legal forms and handle important document shipments
  • Complete additional office and administrative projects as needed
  • Additional light office manager support: manage office supplies, organize inventory, and track deliveries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, billing, collections, or fintech support position
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Active New York Notary Public
  • Additional education in business, finance, admin or accounting is ideal
  • Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Slack and eClosing platforms (such as Notarize and DocuSign)
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to investigate and resolve issues
  • Adaptable to change, comfortable with uncertainty, and capable of working independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Mac applications
