Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager (5-7 years of experience) to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage large, strategic customer accounts while leveraging a deep understanding of technology to deliver successful outcomes. The role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting with minimal assistance. As a high-visibility position, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to create scalable AI solutions for clients.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or ad operations with a strong client-facing component.
Hands-On Knowledge: Proficiency in DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360), SSPs, and other programmatic tools.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360), Real-Time Bidding (RTB), and understanding programmatic auction dynamics.
Technical Skills:
Ad Tech Expertise: Extensive knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and the broader programmatic ecosystem.
Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools for campaign performance analysis.
Communication & Project Management:
Client Relationship Management: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Presentation Skills: Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations and decks to both clients and internal teams.
Negotiation: Expertise in managing client expectations while navigating their needs effectively.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with experience using project management tools like Jira to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and deliverables.
Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and presenting data-driven solutions.
Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, engineering, and analytics.
Adaptability: Comfortable adapting to evolving technologies and learning new tools and platforms as the industry changes.
