Conducting customer product recommendations and on-site inspections (PoC) in the hospitality industry
Proposing methods to maximize robot efficiency and utilization
Providing technical support and understanding customer needs throughout the sales process
Supporting robot deployment, on-site technical assistance, maintenance and user training
Improving customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and proposing improvements
Expanding relationships with existing partners and identifying and promoting new partnerships
Planning partnerships by understanding specific commercialization aspects, benefits, and risks
Developing business strategies and directions based on an understanding of Bear Robotics products and services
Supporting management in decision-making on the continuation of partnerships
Required Experiences and Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in the food service industry or in hospitality software companies such as POS systems or online food delivery
Experience in IT, mechanical equipment technical sales, or customer support
Understanding of software and hardware (background in electronics, electrical, mechanics, robotics, autonomous driving, technical support, customer service, field engineering, server setup, and operation)
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
A customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
Passion and understanding of mechanics and robotics
A bright and energetic personality
Ability to work independently and collaborate with different functional departments
Valid driver's license
Preferred Experiences and Qualifications
Understanding and work experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industries (manager, server)
Business-level communication skills in English
Proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling abilities
