▪ Manage, maintain, operate, and support the solution in scope
▪ Manage the planning and execution of maintaining the platform including relevant upgrades, deployments, patches or backup and recovery testing.
▪ Perform configuration and environment reviews and implement best practices.
▪ Maintain and support the subject solution to ensure a high degree of backup and recovery success rate.
▪ Production planning to minimize risk to the operating environment and the applicable scope
▪ Publish reports on agreed schedule with overall status and health of the solution in scope.
▪ Manage the planning and technical management of proactive engagement services supporting the Cohesity solution.
▪ Assist with planning and supporting evaluations of new features and functionalities within the scope of the applicable Cohesity solution.
▪ Provide technical details and actively participate in the account-planning process and quarterly business reviews to assess program status and strategic direction relative to the Customer’s business objectives.
▪ Assist in the automation and recovery process.
▪ Diagnose technical issues encountered
Monitor and manage escalated issues and serve as the single technical point of contact.
▪ Provide remote monitoring and incident response during non-routine activities.
▪ Ensure that the applicable Cohesity solutions are and does remain compatible with the environment.
Expedited Response:
▪ Provide advice on issues regarding upgrades, patches, and impact alerts for the applicable Cohesity solutions in scope
▪ Provide response or clarification for any support-related questions in the course of daily operations.
▪ Coordinate with Cohesity technical support to resolve product issue escalations to ensure faster resolution and reduce unplanned downtime.
▪ Responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical details for probable cause analysis of break/fix issues encountered.
Requirements
solid knowledge in Backup and recovery technologies
Hands on experience in Veritas backup solutions
solid experience in operating systems
very good communication skills
understanding on SLA . KPI and MIssion critical systems
