What you will do:

  • Ensure regular operational activity of the collections team, supporting in the identification/analysis/resolution of processes and new service needs;
  • Analysis of operational data and preparation of analyses;Construction of reports, presentations and business indicator reports;
  • Control and support for collection and debt management operations for corporate clients;
  • Mapping and supporting the construction of procedures;
  • Participation in initiatives to improve the operation's management processes.

What are we looking for:

  • Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or a related field;
  • Experience in operations is highly valued- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and making a positive;
  • High analytical ability and critical thinking;
  • Orientation towards meeting objectives and deadlines;
  • Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions and new opportunities;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience in Office tools with a focus on Excel;
