The Clients Solutions Platform’s Collections & Debt Mngm Pt Department is intending to recruit a B2B ML Customer Debt Management Specialist.

What you will do:

  • Analysis of operational data and preparation of analyses;
  • Construction of reports, presentations and business indicator reports;
  • Control and support for collection and debt management operations for corporate clients;
  • Mapping and supporting the construction of procedures;
  • Monitoring systems development;
  • Participation in initiatives to improve the operation's management processes.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, Computer Engineering or another area relevant to the position;
  • Up to 5 years' professional experience in similar functions;
  • Knowledge of debt collection and recovery is highly valued;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel and Power Point);
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (SAS, Celonis, Power BI);
  • Attention to detail, process-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and the ability to perform under pressure are critical competencies for this role.
