The Opportunity

You will be part of RSS Analytics and Automation - a global team with regional presence in

Switzerland, India, Costa Rica, Hungary and Malaysia.

As team member: You will work in a collaborative and agile environment, surrounded by other

automation &; data enthusiasts at the Roche Services and Solutions (RSS), building solutions for our Roche peers and ultimately impacting our patients. Your closest team members are mainly: other automation business partners, business analysts, automation developers, product owners and people leaders. It is expected from you to promote a healthy work environment, embracing diversity and inclusion at its full definition, and an active feedback culture .

Ideas and projects:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of automation solutions from idea assessment up toretirement.

• Create relevant project documentation, such as business cases, process designs, requirementsand status reports.

• Work closely with automation business analysts and automation developers to support design, deployment, test and operational phase.

• Regularly report use cases status, closely collaborate and align regional activities and decisions with peers, business process experts and global product owners.

Portfolio management and team objectives (OKRs):

• Support the global product owner in driving initiatives to increase automation adoption, prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources

• Keep the project and solution portfolio up to date to facilitate decision making and also monitor usage of existing solutions.

Partnership with existing and new stakeholders:

• Act as liaison between our business line and the other teams to ensure regular information exchange (e.g. strategic priorities, upcoming process changes, events, pain points, etc).

• Foster an innovative mindset in the organization by leading workshops, brainstorming sessions, awareness campaigns etc.

Who You Are

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is required.

● 3+ years experience in a GBS or Affiliate working on regional/global projects and automation/AI initiatives

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business requirements into Automation & AI specifications

● Strong communicator (especially to senior management) with proven stakeholder management and change management capability

● Experience in Project Management, Agile and/or Lean methodologies is a plus

● Entrepreneurial mindset and has demonstrated flexibility to work in an agile, self-aligning team environment where independent decision making and creative mindsets are valued.

● Understanding of ERP Systems. Experience with SAP S4/HANA is a plus

● Advanced experience creating/leading projects using RPA Tools (must), and at least one of the following: Google Apps Scripts, SAP Scripting, Appsheet, AWS, GCP, VBA.
