Project Description:
At LXT we are seeking an Audio Data Collection Specialist to oversee a large-scale wake word recording initiative for a leading global technology company. This initiative involves remote mobile app-based audio recording in North American Spanish. The role requires managing demographic-specific data collection efforts while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish
Clear and articulate pronunciation of English
Reliable internet connection for data submission
Smartphone or tablet compatible with LDP mobile recording app
Responsibilities:
You will be recording 48 wake words using a mobile app from your own device.
The entire task should take about 1-2 hours to complete in a single session.
You will need to follow natural pronunciation and avoid scripted or forced speech.
The app will guide you through different environments, including quiet and noisy backgrounds.
Short breaks will be encouraged between sections to maintain voice quality.
Your recordings will contribute to improving AI voice recognition technology.
Compensation:
