What will you do every day?

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and delivering care bots for the Reliance Retail and Jiomart accounts. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external teams to deliver impactful solutions powered by conversational AI.

Your daily responsibilities will include conducting scrums, managing client calls, unblocking project teams, and developing conversational designs and workflows. You will also measure the performance of deployed bots while ensuring stakeholder alignment and maintaining clear communication across all channels. Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously will make each day dynamic and engaging.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven individual with a proven track record in technology project management. The ideal candidate will:

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of technology projects to ensure timely delivery while aligning with business objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

• Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in project execution.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and key performance metrics using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project updates and expectations.

• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, security policies, and compliance requirements.

• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Technology Project Manager, preferably in a tech-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Strong negotiation skills to align project goals with business expectations and manage external partners effectively.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High-level understanding of software development processes, security compliance, and cloud technologies.

• Experience working in tech startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
