We are a full-stack conversational AI company from building products to delivering bots for our clients. We are looking for a front-end engineer who can help us build the next generation of enterprise-grade conversational AI platform.

What will you do every day?

  • Overseeing new employee orientation, onboarding and L&D (Learning & Development).
  • Facilitate the adoption and improvement of HR programs, policies, and processes to enhance our overall employee experience.
  • Organizing unique engagement activities and events company-wide.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing for employer branding initiatives.
  • Collecting, managing, analyzing employee data and org structure charts.
  • Conduct 1:1 discussions to proactively understand employee sentiment across functions and levels.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Executing the off-boarding process which is seamless for the employee and in line with the compliance requirements.

You will be juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously which will make each day very different and more exciting than the previous.

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Human Resources processes

Requirements*

  • 0-1 year of real time experience in a similar role. 
  • In case of freshers, only those with formal educational background in Human Resources will be considered during the screening process.
