The Role :

• Ensuring full adherence to the core client delivery process, delivering targeted experts to clients. 

• Strong focus on custom recruitment and thoroughly vetting experts during screening, emphasizing profile quality and highlighting their relevance to clients. 

• Cultivating strong relationships with experts and managing their schedules effectively. 

• Proactively negotiating expert honorariums to optimize gross margin. 

• Ensuring full adherence to Atheneum and client-specific compliance requirements. 

Profiles We Are Seeking:

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience
• General understanding of business concepts
• Result oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges
• Quick learner and critical thinker with key focus to add value to our clients
• Strong communication skills: both written and on the phone
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
