We are seeking a forward-thinking Associate Director, Client Services to join our dynamic team. This role requires a client-centric leader with expertise in market research and a proven history of operational excellence in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
About The Client Services team
The client services team, together with sales, exist to drive predictable, repeatable growth for the Atheneum survey business and for our clients. With a commitment to performance and autonomy, we have built a team of smart, hardworking, and dynamic individuals who value integrity and teamwork.
What you will be doing
Collaborating closely with our commercial leadership, you will help lead us to deliver ambitious growth.
Using your customer-centric approach, you will enjoy mentoring and supporting team leads and individual team members to drive engagement and performance, taking the client delivery teams to new heights
You will have experience of setting goals across operational disciplines, defining clearly and reasonably what you will need from the wider team to support the team’s success in delivering against those goals.

Qualifications
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in market research sample operations.
Leadership Experience: 7+ years in operations management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with operational tools, platforms, and systems.
