Partner with the best

As an Associate Cloud Support Engineer at Akamai Technologies, provide technical service and support to global customers. Improve processes, optimise operations, and enhance metrics to ensure exceptional support experiences. Lead mission-critical efforts to maintain industry-leading standards in AkaChat Support services.

As a Cloud Support Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues.
• Providing technical/team leadership and direction to AkaTec organization
• Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams
• Leading investigations across Akamai's Distributed Network for optimized performance and delivery for customers
• Analyzing existing technical issues across Akamai's Distributed Networks and proposing solutions to prevent issues recurring.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 6 months -2 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or relevant fields.
• Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers
• Be well versed in how the internet works, it's underlying protocols with understanding of DNS, HTTP/S,
  TCP.
• Have basic knowledge of Linux and/or Unix
• Be able to prioritize workload and communicate technical issues to stakeholders of varying technical
  ability.
