About The Role

As an Associate, you will connect our clients with experts. Your responsibilities include:

• Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients’ requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.

• Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, and ensure engagement for future opportunities.

• Communication and Outreach Skills: Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and more.

• Adaptability: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a key success factor.

• Client Excellence: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Process Expertise: Grasp Atheneum’s core client delivery process and apply it effectively in everyday work.

• $65,000 base salary
