We are seeking an Associate Director in the Supply Chain Data & Analytics domain to lead the design and development of Global Supply Chain Analytics applications. This role also involves providing support for applications from other domains using supply chain data.Job Description
Role responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain modular, reusable, scalable and robust software or solutions for the strategic initiatives to optimize Supply Chain Operations and drive business growth.
Participate in fit-gap workshops, provide effort estimates and propose solutions while ensuring adherence to industry best practices and complying to architectural and development standards.
Collaborate extensively with global colleagues across various departments and drive data enablement, data quality improvement, digital product development, and contribute to various advanced analytics (such as predictive, prescriptive) and other AI/ML use cases
Evaluate the impact of new business processes and ERP programs on existing BI and Analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with Data and Analytics strategy standards and roadmap.
Prepare documentation, gather facts for new investments, and bring innovations to add measurable value to the Supply Chain business processes.
Role Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in data & analytics, building applications across platforms.
6+ years in delivery management and customer-facing IT roles.
2+ years in Machine Learning.
4+ years in SAP BW on HANA/S/4 HANA and cloud platforms.
Strong data engineering fundamentals and hands-on exposure in Data & Analytics solutions.
Excellent understanding of Supply Chain business processes and KPIs.
Domain expertise in Pharma and/or Healthcare.
Proficient in Machine Learning, Gen AI, Data Lake, Data warehouse, and visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense).
Familiar with Agile, Disciplined Agile, and Waterfall delivery concepts.
Hands-on experience with AWS Services, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Angular, and SAP Analytics.
