Role Accountability:

- Create & Review Functional and Technical designs
- Ability to handle at least 3 - 4 parallel projects
- Ensure on-time and ZERO P1/P2 Defect delivery of projects
- Bring hands-on technical expertise for handling projects involving technologies such as Java, J2EE, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, JSP, JS, HTML, Microservices, Weblogic 
- Evaluate the reliability and scalability of solutions created for implementation
- Work with the business teams for requirement analysis, prioritization of projects, User journeys , functional designs and User acceptance testing.
- Participate in Design and development of Conversational AI platforms
- Engage with business stakeholders in peer group as well as leadership level
- Create customer awareness through campaigns post feature launch on customer facing bots and internal employees awareness post feature launch on enterprise apps
- Manage Partner teams by setting clear expectations regarding solution delivery and timelines for project delivery
- Ensure adherence to design principles through functional and technical design reviews for features and enhancements being developed
- Good to have exposure on  CI/CD tech stack -Jenkins, Sonar Qube &  GIT

- On-time project completion
- Number of parallel projects
- Quality of delivery (ZERO P1 / P2 closure at the time of production delivery)

Technical Skills & Certification:

Technical Skills
•    Hands on experience with development of Digital Applications using Java, J2EE, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, JSP, JS, HTML, Microservices, Weblogic.
•    Good understanding of web/App server setup (Apache, Weblogic etc)
Certifications (Good to have) 
•    PMP / CSM

- Functional and Technical understanding of Digital Front end application (Chatbot, Website or Mobile app)
- Drive innovation with relevant benchmarking and research for feasibility & functional Fit
- Proficient in managing applications with 3 - tier architecture

Implementation partner team, External Integration partners (eg. Billdesk), Customers.

Must have Qualification:

B.E / B. Tech / MCA. 
MBA/PGDM  from Tier 1/2 Institute

Over All experience in role:

8 years + (for MBA/PGDM Candidate)
10 Years + (for Engineering candidate)

Relevant Experience with respect to the role:

6+ years in Project Management for a front end digital application
