You are responsible for recommending, designing, and running cross-team projects to support the broader roadmap and strategy for Bloomberg Law, covering emerging developments in topics including Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and general Corporate Governance matters, Privacy & Data Security program management, and the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with core practice areas.
What you will do: `
Work with the Team Lead and organization to form and manage highly efficient project-based teams, comprised of fellow analysis team members, to create and deliver unique, recurring, technology-enhanced tools and content for the markets served by the business.
Oversee and create practical guidance in your area of subject matter expertise that assists legal practitioners, both in terms of substance and workflows, to undertake their work more efficiently and to learn new areas efficiently.
Oversee and generate analysis of legal market trends that is data-driven and leverages your legal expertise, in order to provide insights to lawyers that improve their understanding of legal developments.
Conceive and develop additional technology-enhanced tools and content for the legal market.
Manage projects in assigned areas and provide continuous project and performance feedback to peers, Team Lead, and Director.
Collaborate within and across teams to develop, curate, and maintain unique content and analysis ideas.
Engage in thought leadership through interactions with law school, law firm, government, and corporate leaders, as well as participation at industry conferences and events, webinars, and social media.
Communicate with Bloomberg Law sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to facilitate a cycle of feedback and new content ideas directly from the customers.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree required. J.D. required.
5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in developing and executing on workflow solutions to solve customer problems in the legal, professional, and financial markets, including at least 3 years’ experience with corporate governance, data privacy, product counseling, or other support of corporate legal strategy, preferably in an in-house role.
