Our mission is to transform how users interact with virtual characters by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. Now, we’re seeking an Art Director to lead our creative vision and set a gold standard for both character design and user experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Define the Visual Identity: Establish a cohesive and compelling visual language for our platform—from color palettes and typography to the overall feel of each user interaction.
• Design Original Characters: Create lifelike, relatable AI girlfriends that resonate with diverse audiences. You’ll be the driving force behind every character’s look, personality, and style.
• Spot AI-Generated Images: Evaluate artwork for authenticity and quality, ensuring that any AI-generated visuals align with brand standards and user expectations.
• Develop Engaging UI/UX: Craft an intuitive interface and user flow that guides customers seamlessly through the app—maximizing enjoyment, retention, and conversion.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure your design strategies integrate seamlessly into the overall product vision.
• Advocate for Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by continually researching emerging tools and techniques in AI and design, adapting them to keep our experience fresh and exciting.

Requirements

• Proven Art Direction Experience: A strong background in character or concept design, plus a track record of leading successful creative projects from idea to launch.
• UI/UX Expertise: A portfolio that showcases user-centric design, fluid navigation, and an eye for captivating visuals.
• Technical Savvy: Familiarity with AI art tools, generative modeling, or the ability to detect inconsistencies in AI-generated imagery.
• User Empathy: A passion for understanding diverse audiences and their emotional journeys, ensuring every user feels seen and engaged.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Outstanding communication skills to guide creative teams, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and influence stakeholders.
