Our team

Having to handle dozens of different products for our clients, the department constantly needs to document each of their functionality in a clear and uniform manner into functional specifications.

At the same time, AI’s rapid development allows for new paradigms to emerge as well as new ways of working.

Being integrated in one of our teams, your mission will consist in supporting one of our Generative Artificial Intelligence initiatives, by enriching our platform with a functional assistant.

This tool aims at:

• Assisting functional analysts in writing functional specifications efficiently and comply with our guidelines

• Reviewing existing functional specifications and suggest improvements to enhance readability

The expected results of the AI assistant are to increase the quality of our documentation while reducing time spent by analysts in the writing process.

Your mission

Throughout this apprenticeship, you will:

• Design the architecture of the AI assistant

• Explore Microsoft Azure Cloud and leverage its functionalities to build the AI bot

• Develop, test and deploy your prototype in Azure cloud

• Explore different strategies to monitor the quality of your AI bot

• Expose the capabilities of your prototype through a user interface (Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Add-ons…)

• Receive functional and technical support from passionate & experienced colleagues. Functional analysts, developers, data scientists and domain experts will bring you up to speed with the context of your project.

Your Profile

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in English.
