As an Applied AI ML Lead within JPMorgan Chase, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions to tackle real-world challenges. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in Consumer and Community Bank Controls and Oversight to deliver impactful results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute visionary AI strategies that leverage generative AI.
• Lead and inspire a team of Applied AI ML Analysts.
• Partner with diverse stakeholders to deliver value-driven AI initiatives.
• Provide hands-on design and development of high-impact projects.
• Articulate business plans and outcomes to senior management.
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends and integrate new tools.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Degree in quantitative discipline from top-tier institutions.
• 7+ years of experience in statistical model development for large banks.
• Proven experience with AI and machine learning models in operations.
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and LLM APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and data management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience managing diverse teams.
• Knowledge in KYC
