Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
Manage day-to-day activities, set performance goals, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing guidance on best practices and technological advancements.
Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges and make informed decisions on technology stack and architecture.
Ensure the implementation of robust testing processes to maintain high-quality standards in software development.
Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and other best practices to enhance overall code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, and QA, to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in software development, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Java programming languages and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
