The position

As an Analytics & AI Partner LATAM at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Lead the migration of dashboards from Qlik Sense to Power BI, ensuring accurate data transfer and meeting business requirements.
  • Collaborate with data architects and data engineers to develop and implement data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics & AI solutions with other business systems and processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives, processes, and data structures to inform analytics solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging analytics trends and technologies, providing thought leadership on leveraging these trends for business value.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics.
  • Desirable experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
