Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic Software Technical Team Lead to join and drive the development of Ceragon's innovative Network Digital Twin solution, with a primary focus on recommendations/alerting, AI, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, recruit as needed and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of high quality, timely delivery, innovation, and engineering excellence.
- Oversee the development of predictive analytics, AI, ML, recommendation, and alerting solutions.
- Manage end-to-end development lifecycle, from design to production and maintenance.
- Ensure product development processes are efficient and adhere to industry standards and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
- Communicate development plans, progress, and challenges to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Networking Engineering; M.Sc. is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in building software engineering solutions in a telecommunications environment.
- Strong software experience in developing production-level systems in Linux and Windows environments, including deployment, upgrading, and patching practices.
- Experience in the telecommunications ecosystem, specifically fiber, optics, and wireless solutions.
- Proven experience with analytics platforms such as ClickHouse, PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.
- Strong background in AI, ML, predictive analytics, and related algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python programming, SQL/No-SQL Databases, and APIs development/integration.
- Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Willingness and ability to work across different time zones; periodic syncs with teams in Israel and Argentina required.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Advantage: Proven track record in team leadership and management.
- Advantage: Multi-national experience.
