The opportunity
We are looking for a techno-functional PM to join our team of Project management professionals, to help in doing the account management and driving strategic programs & outcomes working closely with project managers, service delivery manager/lead and leaders (sponsors) across different functions / geographies in designing, leading and implementing business imperatives of varying size and complexity; by collaborating with our teams across GDS locations in enabling business goals.
The opportunity is for self-driven, organized and process-oriented individuals who can perform with minimal supervision and deliver exemplary services to our clients.
As part of EYTS and as a Project Manager, you will need to act as the face of the team to the business leaders guiding them with the right technology solutions which would help them to yield business value.  He or she needs to have deep knowledge of program and project lifecycles as well as new technology trends and is expected to contribute as a Subject Matter of technology solution. 
 

Your key responsibilities

• Provide direction, control, management, and oversight in following areas:
  • Business Relationship management
  • Demand Management, benefits definition
  • Communication control and oversight
  • Holistic and proper risk/issue/assumption/decision management
• Continuously evaluating project/programs to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, meeting deadlines and delivering value to the business stakeholders.
• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Apply appropriate judgment to escalate to Service Delivery Lead

Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have

• A Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline)
• 10 to 15 years in a corporate environment, working in a Large MNC.
• 4 to 8 years’ experience in a relevant PM role (application development, deployment, implementation)
• Experience in Account Management
• knowledge on latest technology trends like Data Analytics, AI/Gen AI
• Must be good with MS Projects, additionally should have skills in MS Excel and Power Point.
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Working with multi-cultural teams across geographies.
• Ability to work independently with any stakeholders 
• Go getter 
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Proven track record to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with project management office software tools
• Process improvement experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
• Minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous
