Indra is the central program driving the introduction and safe scaling of AI at DB. Focus is to identify AI potential across various banking operations, driving funded use cases into production to create value and confidence and scale across the bank, creating selected shared services with embedded safety to enable low cost scale, developing an AI Workbench for developers for safe AI development at pace, and introducing AI controls whilst aiming to maintain time to market.
This role focuses on managing & owning AI Value realization, acting as the key interface between CIOs and the central AI team. This role will be responsible for driving the projected operational efficiency, cost reduction and revenue growth targets. Additionally, the role will be responsible to introduce the financial discipline around the overall program spend.

Your key responsibilities
- Building a comprehensive framework to measure AI value, focusing on productivity achieved using AI products
- Designing and implementing dashboards to create transparency around AI consumption and costs, and develop forward-looking forecasts
- Maintaining full transparency on AI use cases, track adoption and compliance, and report to the AI Strategy Council
- Educating business units on the prioritization of the Book of Work (BoW) by enabling them to understand the Return on Investment (RoI) for various AI products
- Owning and managing the AI Book of Work across CIOs and central services, facilitate business funding allocation, and track consumption volumes and associated productivity
- Assisting in defining and governing AI productivity metrics to be used for tracking AI productivity. Track and report productivity delivered through AI services
Your skills and experience
- Experience in formulating strategic business cases and Return over Investment (ROI) proposal with experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry
- Exposure in AI value measurement and productivity tracking
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- Proficiency in dashboard design and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of AI cost drivers and RoI analysis
- Expertise in building value propositions for various technology products and monthly forecasting and reporting
