Our Global Proposal Team is at the forefront of creating compelling proposals that drive our business forward. We're looking for a talented AI Specialist to join our Global Proposal Team to lead initiatives in AI-driven content optimization and process automation. This role is pivotal in revolutionizing how we manage proposals, improving efficiencies in content creation, reuse, and streamlining workflows. 

As an AI expert, you will help us implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning techniques to optimize the proposal lifecycle, including automating responses, enhancing content curation, and driving innovation in proposal management. You will work closely with our Sales and Proposal Operations team, and global business subject matter expert teams to deliver solutions that increase productivity, accuracy, and consistency across global proposals, ensuring a competitive advantage in securing high-value contracts.

Responsibilities:

• AI-driven Content Optimization: Leveraging AI to enhance proposal content development by automating repetitive tasks such as content reuse, grammar correction, style consistency, and keyword optimization. Implementing AI-powered tools to ensure content is always aligned with the latest company standards and tailored for each client’s needs.
• Process Automation: Identifying and implementing AI solutions to streamline key sales and proposal processes, such as RFP document analysis and risks, compliance checklists, document comparison, and automated response generation. Design workflows to reduce manual efforts and increase team efficiency. Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, making adjustments as needed.
• Data Analytics for Proposal Insights: Using machine learning to analyze historical proposal data, win/loss ratios, and client feedback to improve proposal strategies. Developing predictive models to identify factors that contribute to successful outcomes.
• AI Tool Implementation: Leading the integration of AI-based tools (e.g., natural language processing models, content generation platforms) into existing proposal software (e.g. CEP, Responsive, Microsoft Office 365) to enhance productivity and consistency.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Working cross-functionally with Global Sales, the proposal team, and IT teams to implement AI systems that enhance workflows, ensuring user adoption, and delivering measurable business results.
• Content and Knowledge Management: Supporting the optimization of knowledge management systems by creating AI models that classify, tag, and retrieve relevant proposal content quickly and accurately.
• Training and Support: Training Sales and proposal teams on AI tools and best practices, ensuring smooth adoption and integration into daily workflows. Providing ongoing support and enhancements based on team feedback.
• Research and Innovation: Staying updated on the latest and emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies, continuously identifying opportunities to continuously improve our processes and content.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A background in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.

• Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on content optimization and process automation.
• Proven experience working in a proposal development or similar business operations environment, with an understanding of proposal lifecycle management.
• Experience in integrating AI tools into Sales business processes, especially in global or large-scale teams.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or R, with experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis models for content generation and optimization (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integration with enterprise software (CEP, SharePoint, Responsive etc.).

• Soft skills:
  
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions, and to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a proposal management team, preferably in sectors like security, technology, consulting, or engineering.
• Familiarity with proposal management software and AI integration into content management systems.
• Experience using AI to drive data-driven decisions and optimize workflows for business development teams.

Working conditions

Role is based in Securitas AMEA office in India, Gurugram. It's a hybrid working model with Tuesdays and Wednesdays as mandatory office days.
