About the opportunity
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering advanced analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that directly support the Freight Services insights, pricing and analytics team. Operating under the guidance of the Freight Services Applied Analytics Roadmap, the role contributes to the design and execution of scalable AI and ML-based data products that unlock commercial opportunities, drive automation, and support sustainable operational excellence.
What you’ll deliver with us
The AI Specialist will work collaboratively across Freight Services to embed intelligent analytics into core business processes—enabling faster, evidence-based decisions through insight-rich tools. This position contributes to a broader transformation agenda aimed at strengthening data-driven culture, modernising data infrastructure, and positioning Freight Services at the forefront of innovative supply chain solutions.
